Its not. My face was absolutely brutal a month ago and I experimented myself with products and it only made it worse. I went to a dermatologist and followed her advice and a month later its already way better.

Quit dairy and seed oils and proceed sugar these are major acne causing foods and avoid linoleic acid in general. You don't need to go keto or carnivore but base your diet on grass fed meat, raw honey and unprocessed whole foods.
