for tretinoin start at 0.025% with a small amount on ur whole face and see how ur skin reacts then increase strength depending on how well it works. pretty sure its prescription tho so ur gonna have to talk to ur pharmacist

if u wanna get it from a reliable chemist then yes, but its pretty easy to do, its very common for teens to use tret, as long as u have some mild or moderate acne, u can lie and say its a consistent issue and they should give it to you
