I lowkey dk where to start but im trying to cut so I can lose body fat and lean up. I honestly don’t each much usually in the morning I eat waffles with chocolate milk. Then eat chicken tenders with chocolate milk (the school one) at lunch and if I have dinner I’ll have rice and beans with chocolate milk Should I start making my own food? If so what should I make?
