I lowkey dk where to start but im trying to cut so I can lose body fat and lean up. I honestly don’t each much usually in the morning I eat waffles with chocolate milk. Then eat chicken tenders with chocolate milk (the school one) at lunch and if I have dinner I’ll have rice and beans with chocolate milk Should I start making my own food? If so what should I make?

stay with milk cut the chocolate, sugar can bloat you up a lot,

Then I would add more veggies and maybe as well cut the carbs meaning in the breaded chicken and waffles, instead i’d start off with a simple low fat yogurt and some fruits so you won’t feel so deprived of the sweetness you need in life.

For lunch i’d eat a veggie salad, personally i love carrot, cubumbers and tomato’s with lime SUPER YUMMY BTW!

For dinner a simple tea with some sativa sugar you can do any tea you want I personally do Hibiscus tea

Switch to a breakfast pita instead of waffles. Waffles are sugar and carbs.
For lunch just start making sandwiches for yourself. With either whole grain bread or sourdough, use lettuce, cheese (optional) and of course meat (can be ham or turkey).

Chocolate milk is alright if you're drinking it occasionally but you're just overloading yourself with sugar and dairy atp

The rice and beans are alright but from what you said you're barely getting any protein.

At least have some Greek yogurt with your dinner or at some point during the day lol

How abt salami? I also have ham and turkey but I do also like salami

Yeah im ngl I drink it with every meal, I was drinking apple juice for a while instead because my doctor recommended it but my brother keeps drinking it all 😭

Idk if meat is considered protein but I eat chicken or pork with the rice and beans

try to get a protein source with 2/4 (or 2/3) meals of yours that is unbreaded
waffles is just gonna keep u fat lol
look for a low cal recipe ive made a pan of sweet potato brownies for 600 calories TOTAL that made me 8 servings each slice is 65 calories.
why do u drink so much chocolate milk its not funny


rice ans beans is fine in moderation obviously

breakfast: one small sweet thing under 300-400 calories depending on ur height

lunch: one protein source with preferably a salad and sure u can drink one chocolate milk here

snack: idk like low cal jello or something tasty i like quest protein chips they taste like normal chips but with protein (19g)

dinner: PROTEIN base (any)


avoid OIL!! avoid breading avoid liquid calories

Rice is common, but pasta can contain more protein due to the egg yolks although I believe it’s casein protein, so I’d say pasta, with grilled chicken, and vegetables and maybe like Greek yoghurt
