How do I fix my flaws?

Hey. M 21+

I think I have a pretty ok baseline from what I can tell of the compliments I got over the past 21+ years so far but there are some flaws that hold me back I think. ä

I don’t feel comfortable sending pictures of me around on here so I hope it’s ok to do it this way.

Good things:
* Naturally wide and athletic body
* Wide and strong appearing neck
* Dense and complete beard I could to all sorts of stuff with
* Almost zero space between my Eyes and my eyebrows
* Good, dense brows
* No pimples in the face
* Long healthy looking lashes
* Good looking iris (People often told me how beautiful my eyes were referring to their shiny characteristics)
* High cheekbones (which aren’t showing good because of puffiness)

Bad things:
* Very Asymmetrical face (it wasn't like that as a kid). One side looks like it’s dragging down and it looks bigger.
* One pretty negative tilted eye and one neutral to negative tilted
* Slightly bend nose (to the dragged down side)
* slightly crooked looking jaw
* Very very Puffy face
* Almost no existing jawline (due to puffiness I think)
* Not that clean of a looking skin (it looks very clogged on most of the surface. Like miniature volcanos that you see up close but not from a distance. It still makes it look dirty or unhealthy even from the distance)
* Progressed Hairloss on top (hair is getting thinner and thinner over the years but almost no receding hairline, countering with minoxidil 1x daily before sleep + 0,5mm microneedling)
* starting to get eye bags every now and then
* yellowish teeth
* Bad breath almost all of the time (I almost never feel clean or Healthy because of that)
* Fat looking folds appearing when smiling or sum
* Narrow jaw

I eat very good (no sugars, almost no processed foods), sleep well and 7 to 9 Hours, never did drugs, never smoked, gym 5 times or more a week, creatine (face was puffy before creatine).

I’m a side sleeper but never actively on just one. I do think the subconscious turns to one side and stays their while sleeping.

Don’t want to do surgery’s, Botox peptides or anything unnatural. Seeking for effective natural methods. It still would be interesting what Kind of unnatural options people consider in such situations.

I greatly appreciate your efforts.

for anything not relating to being fat or bloated or trimming/hairstyling hair length or like u siad ur breeath yellow teeth can be fixed with simple softmaxes but everything elselike ur aymmetry ur eyes being negative and ur jaw and ur nose can only be fixed with surgery

Assymetrical face : Check with an orthodontist to see if it isn't a jaw or teeth problem.
Eye area : not much you can do apart from surgery
Puffy face : lower body fat and lower water retention (less sodium and more potassium)
Jawline : May be due because you're recessed or you have too much body fat
Skin : Get a good skincare routine with a moisturizer and cleanser.
Hairloss: Get finasteride instead, also check that it isn't a nutrient deficiency that can cause it.
Eye bags : Make sure to get the sleep you need, check guides on it if the problem persists
Yellowish teeth : teeth are naturally a bit yellow, baking soda and hydrogen peroxide helped me immensely.
Bad breath : flossing and hydrogen peroxide, if it persists just get chewing gums or check with a dentist
Fat folds : lower body fat
Narrow jaw : not much you can do at your age

What would these simple softmaxes be?

Anything you have good experiences with?

Is there anything you would recommend me to try for the asymmetry, negative tilt, jaw and nose that could have the chance to work naturally? I know you said only surgery would help but maybe there’s still something that could have the slightest chance of helping. Those are the most critical things unfortunately

How do I get more potassium naturally? Just one or two bananas a day?

Have the baking soda and hydrogen peroxide caused any problems like sensitivity?

For potassium you should eat potassium rich foods like bananas, dried fruits or lentils.

None of these caused sensitivity for me, I've been told to not use hydrogen peroxide every day tho.
