I gove solution to the person with the best possible answer. Don't ask for a solution i give if it is a good post
Treat your acne with cremes and make sure your skin is hydrated enough. Sleep 8-9 hours a day, drink at least 1.5 L of water per day, watch out for your sodium intake.

skin care for skin -> cleansing, cleansing oil, moisturizer, a serum for what you need, caffeine for eyebags
hair -> oiling ends at least 2 times a day, sometimes putting a lot of oil and let it soak for about 3 hours or overnight, hairmasks for= hydration, oil, aminoacids, proteins(You might need one for each step), leave in every hair watch, style it well
having a fit body
not being too pale(I recommend self tan)
