You could get combination genio maybe pair it up with jaw implants for the philtrum you could cope with pdos for vermilion border or actually get a lip flip but most people don't like the results so it's an iffy one

my jaw is almost ogre, maybe these pics dont show it but i dont need jaw implants at all
