I don't think it's terrible , you should probably loose some bf to fix what's going on under there and then a nose job ideally cause you have a bump

lose bf for the hyoid tho u might js have a low hyoid, shave, try to fix ur eye area/undereyes n enough sleep, go read guides on it, might try to grow ur brows more, grow ur hair out

dont think its that big of a factor as his noseshape overall is solid, rhino is a expensive treatment aswell, he might get filler/bone shaving tho since its js the hump its not that hard to fix
