How do I fix recessed infras

Solution
first figure out if it’s actually infraorbital recession or just low brow support / under-eye hollowness. Don’t start smashing, cutting or DIY injecting shit — you can damage the orbit, nerves and vessels and end up worse.

mild: optimize bodyfat, sleep, grooming/eyebrow framing etc.
soft tissue: filler/fat grafting can add volume, but only with a qualified injector.
actual bone recession: infraorbital implants or maxillofacial surgery are the real structural options, depending on your anatomy.

basically: bone ≠ exerciseable. Diagnose first, then pick the appropriate intervention.

Marked as solution.
Unfortunately, not fixable without surgery. You can try volufilline on the undereyes, but it doesn't work for everyone. Filler is also an option but migration rates are somewhat high there.
