Eat in a 100-500 calorie surplus, just focus on eating whole foods and you should be fine.

Avoid foods with high amount of sodium, avoid take aways and fast foods. Focus on adding many nutrients, and don’t just eat plain foods like vegetables. Make sure to eat enough fibre, to season your food properly, heal your gut. If u want to gain muscle then go to gym and focus on a high protein diet but also eat carbs so u have energy. Key is variety!!

calorie surplus, find your maintenance calories using an online calculator and add at least 200-300 calories, bit if it’s due to an ed/restriction start slow so you don’t get refeeding syndrome
