How do I get a bigger lower third

My cheekbones, especially my left one since I'm a bit assymetrical stands out a lot, and it makes my face look kinda weird because my lower third isn't that wide when I'm not flexing my masseters.
should I train my masters even more or get fillers?

can’t grow zygos to be fair, masseters and bigonial sure

Fillers will fix them

Asymmetry doesn’t really matter though if you look good it’s usually a halo

Eye asymmetry’s are probably the worst but usually in those cases there is actual functional issues with the eye

I think I have ptosis or smth like that
