Diuretics or it's your fat pads and you'll need to remove fat with fat dissolvers

But I would try to get to 10-12% bf, if you're a guy ofc

Low bf+fat dissolvers and getting hollow cheeks that looks good is really dimo dependent

reduce sodium intake and higher potassium intake,work out,drink more water,dissolvers,etc. ez fix tbh

even at 14% you're supposed to have hollows tho
