Recently I’ve been doing my debloats, daily potassium goals. Skincare routine really only consists of VIT. C Serum (which i barely apply since I can’t remember well), face wash, jojoba oil, gua sha and face wash once more. I’ve also been supplementing with VIT C daily. All of this stuff I’ve been doing has really improved my skin and face.
And before you ask, i do lifting 6x a day. Compound lifts/free weights only since I have a home gym. My clavicles are wide and I have broad shoulders and shit.
My problems are:
BAD SLEEP
Not applying castor oil nor vitamin C
Generally not doing any proper softmaxxing since I stay so out of routine.
