How do i get in routine for Softmaxxing?

Recently I’ve been doing my debloats, daily potassium goals. Skincare routine really only consists of VIT. C Serum (which i barely apply since I can’t remember well), face wash, jojoba oil, gua sha and face wash once more. I’ve also been supplementing with VIT C daily. All of this stuff I’ve been doing has really improved my skin and face.

And before you ask, i do lifting 6x a day. Compound lifts/free weights only since I have a home gym. My clavicles are wide and I have broad shoulders and shit.

My problems are:
BAD SLEEP
Not applying castor oil nor vitamin C
Generally not doing any proper softmaxxing since I stay so out of routine.

So your main problem is forgetting to do skincare and bad sleep? The solution is increasing willpower, look up things about focus and dopamine, and maybe try stims. Also you should have a hydrating serum/toner before the vitamin c serum for better vitamin c absorption and broad spectrum spf because vit c degrades in contact with uva. For sleep melatonin and sleep hygiene. There’s guides for sleep maxing on here
