I’ve been getting them for years and they’re not showing any signs of slowing down.

Acne is caused by improper hormons.Eat Cleanly, Try to minimise Blood Sugar Spikes such as those from Processed Sugars and White Bread. Use a foam Cleanser for your skin, and an oil based antipimple cream

Eat a healthy diet. If you have a facial cleanser, you can wash your face twice a day (morning and evening). Apply a water-based moisturizer to your face every day and drink plenty of water; if you tend to forget to drink water, you can even set a reminder. If the problem doesn’t go away or gets worse, see your dermatologist.

accutane is the ultimate good. if it's really that stubborn it's basically all you can do. im sure there are people out there who can simply cut out junk and dairy and do skincare to get flawless skin but that's not everyone.

try that first, for a few months: cleanser + moisturiser + spf and cleanser + moisturiser at night. run a mild topical like adapalene and work your way up through tret strengths while eating clean asf. but if that doesnt work after months of consistency, accutane is ur last hope. (yes it's got sides, do ur research)

also use Korean skincare products
