Its gonna be really hard to get your face wider without some sort of palate expander, try mewing or Stram and for assymetry, when mewing and doing stram push the top of your palate across the centre line evenly and sleep on your back

Its salludon's mewing type technique and to get the fill thing you need to buy his course, I couldnt be bothered getting it but what I gathered was it is pretty much pushing with your tongue at the top of your mouth whenever you remember as hard as you can, dont push with just the tip of your tongue use the middle part of it, do this while your teeth are nearing biting down and you should automatically feel pressure on your Jaw muscles also

Face width is mostly genetic - you can try mewing for potential minor changes over years, but realistically you're looking at surgical options like jaw implants or fillers if you want significant width changes.\n\nFor symmetry, work on your posture first since asymmetrical habits can affect facial development. Chew evenly on both sides and consider if you have any muscle imbalances. Most people aren't perfectly symmetrical anyway, so don't obsess unless it's really noticeable.
