i agree with @dimorph.ic you have got potential just a lot of face fat, your lower third seems to be weakest feature but this is often seen as a feminine trait anyway

Growing your eyebrows and dye them working out could help lose some facial fat you might have an overbite so talk to an orthodontist might just be a recessed chin idk
