I use some vanicream at night and then sleep, that’s all

I don’t know what I have, actually it’s a combo of blackheads and whiteheads

looks like congested dehydrated skin, time to exfoliate and moisturize

you can start with 4-5% glycolic acid for exfoliation, gets rid of whiteheads and rough skin
then add 2% salicylic acid for spot treating blackheads, or get them extracted professionally if they're alr too big

but before all that make sure you have a good cleanser and moisturizer.

vanicream cleanser is alr good, but if you dont dig it you can switch to a La poche rosay toleriane cleanser, or any gentle cleanser available

find a good light moisturizer that has a 0 comedogenicity rating(you can find this out using incidecoder.com, 0 comedogenicity basically means it absolutely wont clog your skin). here's one https://incidecoder.com/products/la-roche-posay-toleriane-dermallergo-light-creme-moisturiser

dont start exfoliating until you got a moisturizer
also have an aquaphor/vaseline at your disposal incase you get irritation from exfoliating and the light moisturizer isnt enough to soothe it
