I have a lot of dandruff on head, If I shake my head I can rain snow flakes and I tried head and shoulders but didn't help with my dandruff much.

What kind of head&shoulders you use ? Selenium Sulfide and Piroctone olamine seems far better than zinc pyrithione
But use a woman's conditionner for dry scalp, who care if it's smells vanilla

If it doesn't work for you you need to find something else

oh my flip about dandruff i saw this woman on tiktok with horrible dandruff (or at least i think its dandruff)
she even has it on her eyebrows
the comments were all making fun of her and being very mean. Im wondering if its something she cant control or if she just choses to be like this? Because it kind looks like u could just brush it off and take a shower but idk. Still sad even if she can control it

She can't probably brush it off because its like an big snow mountain up there once you start getting it, She can fix it though

I have the same problem and realized I must shampoo a lot more frequently than I thought and also it doesn’t hurt when you wake up to just preshake that shit before you go about your day

That looks like a fungal infection and not typical dandruff

I have the same problem and it's called psoriasis, but looks like the scalp is more infected than me
My Psoriasis is less aggressive since i stopped eating refined sugar

I'm lucky i get rashes in the scalp, eyebrows and mustache area only.
On the mustache area i shave few times per week with old school shaving products (@rand anon) so it rarely happens.

For eyebrows i have hydrocortisone and cortisone creams i can apply on the eyebrows before going to bed and then wash the face with a salicylic acid based face wash with urea etc

For scalp same thing, few days of cortisone and then washing it with selenium sulfide, zinc pyrithione or piroctone olamine based shampoo

She probably won’t and just get offended, I hope not though she could use it but typically in my experience people in her caliber tend to do that.

cortisone needs a doctor prescription so let's hope they have an easy access in spain
cortisone is so nostalgic to me. My mom had a prescription and i would use cortisone for literally any minor issue. It was like an all purpose magic cream in my mind lol

It's a versatile molecule tbh. Saved my father from bees stings, can be used for mosquito bites, eczema etc etc

first, you need to identify your hair porosity, and you should be able to know what to use after doing some digging, secondly, There's an app called Yuka, it'll help you identify a good self care product my scanning it, and it'll give you a full list of its ingredients and if they're harmful to you or not, and you should be careful with picking up your shampoo and conditioner, because a cheep one mostly will cause your scalp to be irritated, another thing is you should identify your dandruffs, if their white flakes, then it's just you're using a shampoo without using a masck or a leave-in conditioner after shampooing, and if its yellow and oily, try using shampoo more often, but don't overdo it so you don't get it dry again.
