Chad consumes only polyphenols, sugar, and chemicals and has perfect hair and skin.

If it’s dandruff, try ketoconazole shampoo twice a week, leaving it on your scalp for 10 minutes. If it's psoriasis, use corticosteroid lotion three times a week.

Are the flakes yellow or white? If white than it's normally dry scalp unless you have disgustingly oily hair. I'm assuming you have straight hair so use native shampoo and conditioner every other day.

If the flakes are yellow, than you need an actual anti-dandruff shampoo. Heads and Shoulders is terrible for you, but the specific Bare line from them should be fine for shampoo and use native conditioner.
