How do I get rid of PIE?

how do I get of this disgusting PIE is pissing me tf off and I can't get rid of it, also any other tips to look better?

id probably reccommend tretinoin/adapalene for regular skin cell turnover + azelaic acid to mildly exfoliate and for anti inflammatory purposes
there is also laser therapies that you can do to speed up the process but idk how effective they are
unless you are still dealing with acne flair-ups accutane will do nothing for this issue directly as accutane treats oil production. PIE is an inflammation problem that occurs AFTER the acne has subsided. it takes lot of time and consistency to go away and its very discouraging because even if your skin is clear it looks like it isnt

thank you bro, deadass best advice ive gotten here, ill make sure to try it and post after pics in a couple months
