I feel one or my biggest flaws i still remain uninformed of how to resolve, is the puffiness in my nose. From the anterior upper lateral cartilage to the Lower lateral cartilage. The rest of my face is rather de bloated contrast to my nose.

Perhaps even cutting back on salty foods or drinking plenty of water can make a difference
The problem is i already consistently drink water. I have electrolytes in the morning, a low sodium diet mostly organic diet. I will say i’ve seen a difference in my faces overall “de bloat” in time, but my nose remains the same. Maybe its just genetics. I did some searching & another thread says that since your nose is made of Cartilage “theoretically you can reshape it” i guess we’ll find out

Yea If your nose remains the same despite paying so much attention to your diet and water intake, it means this is entirely structural and genetic
