ive been bonesmashing for at least 5 months now, a few months ago i started doing it near the ramus area of my jaw, though i may have hit the masseter muscle too. ever since that day my jaw and chin area looked recessed even though it isnt. i may have caused a muscle to pull back or become loose near my ramus, im not sure.

can anybody else explain this problem or help me, ive tried almost everything. thanks

bonesmashing doesnt work, could be muscle irritation/imbalance or TMJ stuff from the impact

i'd most likely just say go with the easy route, surgery; Most worth it, regardless of the cost.Easier than trying softmaxxes.
