5'8 isn't awful, but it's below average. 5'10 is average for white american men, so you should be fine assuming your plates are still open.

If you really want to heightmax, HGH is by far the best method. It will almost guarantee growth assuming your plates are still opened. Do your research first though, you could end up a diabetic if you aren't careful. This thread on .org is decent enough for starting off with HGH.

Nobody knows but it depends on your bone age and sensitivity to igf-1. Some people blasted for 9 months + and grew 0 cm while some did 3 iu gh and grew 2 inches in 2 months
