Good for you, how tall are you by the way?
This is what I'd say you can do:
- Train neck to make it wider
- Lean, fix acne (like you said)
- Grow out the lashes using minoxidil
- If you do begin using minoxidil it could also promote facial hair growth as well.
I have a person in my mind that you could use as inspiration but I would have to find it.
