Beating it twice a day
No gym or outside activity
Absolutely shite sleep schedule

start small first, either fix ur diet or begin to study, from there you can begin getting into the gym when you have a schedule of what days to go and you can be consistent with. then you can fix the other things you wanna fix. it’s not something you can just get right into, you need to work your way up slowly or you will overwhelm yourself and lose willpower/motivation.

like me personally, i started with 10k steps a day (i’m already at 20 weeks in a row of doing that) then i did 5x a week home workouts, then i got myself into a deficit, then i got myself in the gym and went from 3x a week to 5x a week. it is a process and i could not have gotten here if i didn’t start slow.
