How do I lose fat and what are some good and healthy foods?
 
Plant-based diet: white chickpeas, black chickpeas, lentils.
Animal-based diet: Chicken Breast, White part of Egg.
Dairy-based diet: Skim milk, curd, buttermilk.
Miscellaneous: Oats.

Would recommend: intermittent fasting (8 hours for eating and then 16 hours of fasting). I've been eating only twice a day (at 2 PM and 8 PM) and have already lost 15 kg.

Also, no matter how healthy a diet you are following, if you are eating in excess, it will not be effective.
