how do i lose weight?

im doing like a 500 calorie deficit rn,
not eating processed sugar etc.
i want to start going to the gym,
do you guys have any workouts you recommend? sorry im a newbie :pp
The important is just to start and be consistent. I would recommend a PPL split for newbies.

Cardio cardio cardio with light weights I’m guessing you’re a girl. (Focus on your glutes and shoulders for an hourglass figure)
 
Volume eat. Good foods for this would be potatoes, fruit, yogurt, water, diet drinks, chicken, salad.

You can train your hunger cues by fasting, OMAD is goated in my experience
 
lemon water. I think it makes ur stomach more flat and keeps hunger away. When i crave junk food i js drink lemon water
