how do i make my lungs not hurt?

Probably yeah

I think I’m never gonna vape again at this rate because it makes my chest sting

the aerosol you breathe in when you vape has some chemicals that mess with your hormones but it's not as bad as cigarettes. not only does smoking mess with your hormones it also fills your lungs with tar carbon monoxide and a mix of carcinogens. vaping is much less harmful because it has fewer chemicals doesn't build up tar and has a lower risk of cancer.
