The thing is for me I just got addicted to YouTube and Discord instead of social media. I talked a big game how bad they were yet just traded it for these forums and the aforementioned above.

Ironically it was probably better if I just stayed doomscrolling on Instagram with my IRL peers as I would’ve fostered deeper connections there.

A bitter pill for me to swallow was that to survive in this world being yourself is truly a hard thing to do, you do need to maintain a social network IRL.

I know what you mean, I just meant for myself I don’t have an excuse either as I literally have copies of it on my phone and in person, as well as multiple translations also in person. I even spent like a hundred something on 8 Bibles to ensure those who attend my the Bible study I help a lot at have a good experience, yet I barely read my own.
