How do I quit nicotine

Every time I buy cigarettes or a vape I tell myself it’s the last ones I’m getting, but i always end up back at the shop when I run out.

I started vaping when I was 12 and I’m noticing the effects now, I have to breathe manually and there is resistance when I take a breath.

I’ve tried to cold turkey it but I just can’t

Try substituting with a lesser evil
Caffeine is very chemically similar to nicotine so it can get you a bit hyper but keep you away from inhalants

n***a if ur at the verge of dying just get a week off to stay at home usually the nicotine leaves ur system in 3 days so ur brain won’t crave as much anymore

They have vapes with no nic you can use to slowly distance.

Oftentimes it's just the habit of holding and all so you can either buy nic free or one of the diffuser kind of things. They help a fair amount for what it's worth.

idk ive been vaping for like 2 years and as im on holiday with my family rn ive had to go cold turkey and for 2 weeks ive been pretty much fine with zero withdrawals. idk how that possible cause i would go through those 6k refillable lost mary’s in like 4 days and would basically vape at any given opportunity
