HOW DO I FIX MY SLEEPING SCHEDULE im going to bed at 5am every night and waking up at 1/2 and i genuinely do not feel tired until around 5 and idk what to do

Oh ok. Yeah well do everything I told you but just wake up at 7. So first night 2 hours of sleep. Second night probably 4 until you go to bed early and get like 7 hoursThanks, im mainly trying to get up at 7 for school though
Sounds like NEET problem. I've been NEET for many seasons throughout my adult life and this always seems to eventually become my schedule whenever I do. Naturally just slip into the routine of going to bed around 5 or 6 and waking up at 1 or 2. They do help with falling asleep, but to truly fix your sleep level you need to get enough energy and nutrients throughout the dayOkokok i eat like cashews and other types of nuts cus my therapist said they help with sleep but im not eintirely sure thats true or not idk i never really checked
