How do i sleep

its 5 40. am i will do the same

First day is gonna be dreadful because you will have to set an alarm for 9 or whatever time you want and actually get up. So first night only 4 hours of sleep for you. Second night you'll be more tired from waking up early that morning so you might go to bed at 3 and wake up at 9. It gradually decreases till you have a good schedule like 12-9 or whatever time you want to wake up

Thanks, im mainly trying to get up at 7 for school though 💔
Oh ok. Yeah well do everything I told you but just wake up at 7. So first night 2 hours of sleep. Second night probably 4 until you go to bed early and get like 7 hours

Just eat well and don’t look at your phone

HOW DO I FIX MY SLEEPING SCHEDULE im going to bed at 5am every night and waking up at 1/2 and i genuinely do not feel tired until around 5 and idk what to do
Sounds like NEET problem. I've been NEET for many seasons throughout my adult life and this always seems to eventually become my schedule whenever I do. Naturally just slip into the routine of going to bed around 5 or 6 and waking up at 1 or 2. It's hard to fix.

start setting everything back 15 minutes
say if you go to sleep at 5
try going to sleep at 4:45 the first day
then 4:30
so on and so forth till youre back to normal
if you need to rush the process go back 30+ mins a day
if you cant sleep from the rush, take melatonin
dont get reliant on melatonin cuz once you withdraw you wont sleep

Okokok i eat like cashews and other types of nuts cus my therapist said they help with sleep but im not eintirely sure thats true or not idk i never really checked
They do help with falling asleep, but to truly fix your sleep level you need to get enough energy and nutrients throughout the day

Current have this issue. I would note though that when I was working out, eating well, etc... very easy to fall asleep at a good time. I will prob do the hard reset method mentioned earlier in this thread starting sunday after my flight back home
