How do I stop caring about what people think of me

When I was at my peak of 265 lbs everybody it seems was pointing out how fat and ugly I was, seemed like I couldnt turn around and someone was trying to bring me down.
They will always talk about ur weight like they have nothing better to say ig I just need to learn to take it and try harder or something

it gets to my head easily and I’ll think about it for the rest of the day if they stuff like ur acne is getting bad and other stuff should I take it personally and try harder but at the end of the day it will never be enough no matter what I do
You should always try harder for your own sake.

Do you think everyone is attractive? The answer is no. So it's not fair to expect everyone to think you're attractive. It's just something you have to accept and be able to detach yourself from.

But the comments of others shouldn't be able to hurt you. And you shouldn't let others bitch you so easily in conversation. You can casually make comments on their appearance in the same way and shut it down (they'll stop after experiencing it from you).

I can only soft max since I’m mid puberty I’ll start hoping on the clav method after puberty
 
The way I handled it is I think of "Is this a valid concern?" and "Can I do anything about it?"

Using your acne as an example, "is this a valid concern for this person to have to be worried about my acne?" and the answer is probably no. It doesn't effect them and it's not like they're worried for your health. So you can disregard it if you like to. "Is this a valid concern for me to be worried about my acne?" - If you're not concerned about the acne, then you can disregard it. If you are concerned about it, then instead of viewing it as a negative thing, try to view it as an external validation for something you want to change. "I guess I have noticed my acne is getting worse, I guess I could get a cleanser of some kind" or something.

Feeling bad to feel bad doesn't solve anything. You either disregard it or you turn it into something helpful.

I been trying all kind of skin care cream I’m just gonna let that go and focus on gut health

Let it all go. Realize everyone will die one day. Realize that you get one life and then you’re done. No second chances. You wasted your time and energy tolerating those insecure jackasses and the critical voices in your head. And there’s nothing you can do about it. Except there is something you can do rn. Stop giving a fuck.

No. You need to internalize it. Instead of reciting what I just said like it’s a math test notecard, look at the people criticizing you. They wouldn’t give a fuck if you lived or died. They don’t love you, they don’t need you, “fixing” yourself won’t make them want YOU, that’s the fatal flaw of the blackpill. Blackpill is cope for the indifference of humanity. Everyone is selfish. Everyone is a narcissist. And no one cares unless they have a stake in whatever it is.
