try using a floss pick every day until ur gums get used to it fully and start to bounce back take care of ur oral health before its too late

Lmao brushing wrong is a leading cause in gum loss especially if ur genetics and oral health already arent up to par

If u look at alot of dentistry pictures of gumloss you can tell which hand their dominant with because they apply the extra force when brushing on that side of the mouth causing more gum loss than the other side

lock in n***a and do research instead of asking a forum this is ur smile one of the first things people judge your worth based off
