When i go places people always avoid me and cover their nose. sometimes they give me a dirty look and even turn away. i am not interested in getting the same advice people always tell me like shower, deodorant, etc. i want my natural pheromones to attract a mate. Well first of all I'm gonna be honest here, it's really hard to smell bad like genuinely being honest somethings might be out of your control but most things are like showering and wearing cologne and allat if your ethnic pls keep your clothes away from the kitchen and only in your room, because all of those spices and what not or whatever food that is being cooked the scent of it lingers on the clothes so pls don't leave the laundry basket in the living room or next to the kitchen and for colognes focus on getting ones that last the most they can, extra tip use a combo for showers so like if you want to smell like cocoa and Shea butter get that body lotion for it and get that shampoo and conditioners that as well as the body lotion , the smell you get from it actually lasts if your buying decent quality

use an exfoliant such as a sugar scrub to break down and remove build up of dead skin cells I recommend tree hut or dove , use lotion , lock in after your showers with body oils to help lock in moisture and scents, use Vaseline when using mists, cologne, or deodorant
