how do people become atheists

Catholic is monotheist, they just respect the saints
Yes, catholicism belive there's God that control everything and the saints are people chosen by God to do things at earth

its the most low-t chud behavior as someone who is also very interested in science but most of these chuds just go “muh not proveable” we can’t prove love or justice either. i can’t reason with these faggots and their darwin-clause punnet tree
Exactly what I think especially as I look more into science most of it are composed of theories

I’m more so of the logic that it’s better to believe in salvation and be wrong than to not believe and be wrong

At least in the chance ur right ur gonna be rewarded but if ur wrong than u will spend eternity in nothingness either way might as well believe in something

Especially since I do believe religion is very ingrained into the human biology we see it throughout all societies so in a way it could be interpreted as a sign if everyone is prone to it

but you’re actually willing to change your life completely and practice it on a chance? Also there’s too many options, if you pick the Christian god but turns out Islam is actually correct then you’re still going to hell

I would still consider myself agnostic

Tho Tbh it would be very hard for me to pick if it wasn’t for the eye witnesses who wrote about Jesus and his reappearance

In fact the resuscitation of Jesus is one of the most documented things considering we take less documented occurrences as confirmed history I’d say there’s a high chance he reappeared not like 100+ people could all be hallucinating

Especially if you consider the culture at the time the first person Jesus appears to in a patriarchal society being a woman would’ve just been something nobody making up a story they wanted ppl to believe would write at the time

And so that narrows it down for me between Christianity and islam but then islam claims Jesus was not god though the testimony from eye witnesses say he claimed to be god so it’s a hole on islam that left me with the only option being Christianity

Also there are documented deaths by the romans of his followers and the fact they refused to deny him even before death means they likely believed in him a lot

I grew up without God and when I came around to investigating it, God seemed to be incoherent or else abstract metaphysics that doesn't have any implications for living my life.

Christianity is also obviously made up.

But I like Christians. They are nice. In fact, most atheists in the West get infected by postmodernism and lose their minds in nihilism and hedonism. Somehow my mind was immune to that schizo babble.

i'd prefer to be infected by postmodernism than christianity even tho both are pure evil
