How do people change there eye shapes?

I see the before and after looksmaxxing pictures and people change their eye shapes, how?
 
Canthoplasty is the easiest way.

Sometimes losing weight helps. Sometimes fixing your jaw with orthodontics helps with the undereye support

Some people do more complex stuff. Fillers, implants, blepharoplasty etc. These are harder to get the right result, but not everyone is built for +3 SMV by canthoplasty, so they resort to that stuff
