How do u cope with getting older

I really cant imagine like getting a job being the older person and then youre not prioritized anymore, then you become too old to even do certain things. Everyone starts expecting stuff out of you, dying sucks being 45-50+ would suck and its all going so fast. I cant imagine dying and i dont even know anything compared to the world idk. I really wanna be like 16-19 forever. Youre supposed to be mature and take care of everyone wtf, and you gotta drive which is kinda scary.
