find a lipliner closer to the shade of your lips and put that first plus gloss on top

choose the right lip liner (pink if u have fair, cool toned skin and want a more feminine effect, or a warm or cool brown depending on what suits ur complexion). I usually go for different nude shades, which I think look more natural. overline ONLY on the cupid’s bow and on the sides follow ur natural lip line, otherwise it can look unnatural. you can slightly overline the lower lip as well, but only in the center. then fill the center of ur lips with a lighter shade (i would do it with a creamy lipstick) and put lipgloss or lip oil. it’s easier to do it with creamy lipliners so if u do a mistake is easier to correct it.
