I've been dealing with a lot of rumiation and have not been able to ground myself i think i may need to take drastic mesaures suchas cutting myself but before i resort to anything like that, please tell me how do you cope in general.

For a little of context i've been dealing with feeling an impostor in my field of study and with doubts regarding if im valuable enough for other people if you have similar issues or ideas please tell me how you cope i've been going insane last couple of hours.

That loop tricks you into thinking you’re worthless. But here’s the truth your brain is lying to you right now. The only way out is through action , do something a hobby, exercise something that would work as a distraction

If you can do some activity outside it would be better (football,basketball ) with people . Anyway GL ,and don’t harm yourself
 
Just tense your muscle groups for 5 seconds and then relax them
