IRL, im ngl being jacked and wearing compression shirts and baggy sweatpants is a good way to get attention

another way is obviously being good looking, looking at girl briefly and smiling at them, they might ignore you or turn quickly then double take and smile back. it's worked so far for me
 
Wdym? Like them being attracted to you? If you ignore them, they'll subtly try to get your attention by looking in your direction and "readjusting" their hair. You can't really make them give you IoI's they either give them or they don't
