How do you get rid of eczema? Is there any foods to avoid, any creams or other supplements?

Actually how do you get rid of it. I have had it since birth and it’s basically gone, except that it’s puffing up my face and making me really sensitive to heat, sweat and other things.

I have it and it's a non curable genetic disease.

you can control it with lifestyle, diet and creams

u needa go to a doctor and find out what foods are flaring it up. try cutting dairy for a month, or other foods that you think might be causing it. mainly js get it checked out by a health professional

I have it there's not much you can do other than using creams/ointments regularly since it's uncurable

It’s an inflammatory disease so you could try an animal based diet/carnivore which will calm it down. You must make sure to moisturise daily and drink lots of water to make up for the loss of hydration. When you have a flare, take an antihistamine. But it can usually be controllable. Also make sure to not scratch the excema which always makes it worse in my experience
