hey guys

I wanna start going to the gym bc I’ve never really worked out before and I just eat whatever but I know that’s not a good habit 😣

I just wanted to know what you guys recommend based off of these things? + workouts I can do at home (I have a treadmill, multi purpose machine, and dumbbells)

Ok here are the things I’m hoping to target

-glutes
-core/abs
-quads
-if possible give myself a curvier illusion? I don’t have curves so I’m hoping working out will make up for it 🥹

I do want to have nice arms too, but I’m scared of losing my chest or looking to muscular(I think girls w/ muscles are cool, but people often masculinize women who look like me) bc for some reason my arms are muscular even though I’ve never worked out

anyways here’s my base!

I’m 5’2/158cm
115 pounds/52kg

I do track in the winter too but it’s my first time so

you have a good base to start off already, I suggest you eat at a small surplus or just at maintenance to build more muscle in your glutes and quads to appear curvier. Must do exercises are hip thrusts, leg extensions, abductions, and a pressing movements of choice imo. And to build for more of an hourglass look train your back specifically your lats, and don't be too scared to train chest - its a misconception that training chest makes your boobs disappear, if your at a healthy bf % it'll likely make them sit perkier but dont overdo it ^^
