How do you know if you have high or low masseters??

I saw a post about how if you have high masseters you shouldn't chew as hard or something, how do you know if you have them or not. If you do have them, what are you supposed to do

Never heard of ts, masseters are right near the lower bone around your ears, don't think they can have different positions

masseters are always in a specific position
