Dont have that, im thinking of doing one of those home sleep study things, but it will be emberassing if I dont have it

I thought I had it as well, turned out i didn't, it's very common tho
How did you check with one of those watches or an actual sleep study? And do you have a bad jawline?

I checked with those watches, my jawline is normal ig, but by sleep study do u mean Polysomnography?
No a home sleep apnea test not one in a sleep lab
