How long do you have? Its not that hard to quit but it can take awhile. If youre able too limit hanging arounf people who do ANY substances that should help you a bit and you can also probably buy someones piss to use during a test if you absolutely need too. You can buy at home testing strips. Also of it is urgent you are fucking dead cuz weed stays traceable your system for a long ass time.

Wait u meant nic? They dont trace that shit like at all just try patches or pouches, ik most people would recommend zyns but honestly try grizzly or cougar theyre cheaper but have less flavors

yeye nic,weed, and addy are my main addictions I think I'm gonna try out patches tbh

If you can stop Addy 3 days before testing youre good but weed can take a month or more depending how often you smoke
