Inner dialogue or images?

Tbh I think in images I always thought the inner dialogue in movies was for audience understanding but most ppl actually talk to themselves when they think on something

Tho some ppl such as me just kinda picture things and it leads to the same conclusion tbh I rarely think on dialogue unless I’m remembering what someone said to me

There are levels to image thinking most creative ppl are on the higher end and can imagine things very vividly and some ppl see nothing at all
