No I haven't been told I'd get one. I ain't that special. But I put in a request for it a few days ago that hasn't been looked at and I feel it's valid.

Generally East Asians are somehow prone to masseter hypertrophy I don’t know why but most people I see with unwanted masseter hypertrophy are Asian. Usually Asians lack browridge and maxillary projection and like you said bizygomatic to bigonial width ratio. Generally they try shaving the bones to reduce this imbalance when implants and Le Fort I are a option.

You mentioned them lacking brow ridge and maxillary projection, how do implants fare in the brow ridge area? My brow ridge is fine so I don't need it, just curious do they look natural? And yeah I get what you mean by the puffy face, they are often good candidate for buccal fat removal

Well, the difference is your request gets sent to the approval queue, while here you have to post it in a thread where everyone can see it. Over at .org, only staff members can see it.

You can get custom implants anywhere on your face. You can customize the total size and coverage of area.
