How dumb is it asking ChatGPT

To be my doctor and guiding it through dosages
I cross checked with other forums to make sure it’s not killing me
But months ago ChatGPT overdosed me (not by a bad or severe amount) but enough to where if I continued it’d be bad.

I use chatgpt a lot for steroids trust me, but I have basic knowledge on them it’s just super nuanced and specific things, I also train it with my chats to do what I want it to do so it doesn’t feed false info

I also use it for other stuff
