flare your nose inward if you can and your mouth usually will get bigger but you have to concsiously hold the position all the time

But lip filler last for certain period? I have thinking of it but the results idkk I feel they can result bad on long term

The results are great depending on the injector and yes is temporary lasts 6-12 motnhs but you can just refill it easy if you get like 1-2 ml lip filler you can refill every 6-9 motnhs with like 0.5 and it will look full forever basically as long as you refill it
