some time ago I created two threads talking about what should be the preliminary concepts we should understand in order to grow in stature

this year I started to apply ALL the heightmaxxing tips so I can't say precisely which ones had the most effect on me

grew exactly 5 cm (2 inches)

which is a LOT since I'm 26 years old, so in my experience this works

EXERCISES

I used two types of training: sprinting and jump squats (there are many others but I did not try them)

SPRINTING

Sprinting is the most simplistic way to create micro fractures on your shinbones, and even upper body and spine. It also can raise IGF-1 contributing to growth. Simply sprint as fast as you can for as long as you can, keeping it under 60 seconds. Repeat 3 times twice daily.

NUTRITION

Nutrition is extremely important for allowing micro fractures to grow, and having proper bone mineral density to allow for plastic deformation.

Raw Dairy

Raw dairy is crucial for height growth, the calcium, phosphorus, and building blocks in the unheated dairy will help fill in the micro-fractures, and the bioavailable collagen will allow for plastic deformation and bone remodeling. Not to mention dairy is also a great source of IGF1.

Animal Protein

Studies have shown that populations who consumed higher animal protein intake (specifically red meat) are 65% taller than populations who have little to no animal protein intake (like india for example.)

Bone Broth

Bone broth is a great source of Type II collagen, bioavailable vitamin A, K2, and protein. It's great for maintaining healthy bone and spine discs and will support DHT and IGF1 production within the body. Studies have also shown bone marrow and broth help with brain plasticity and IQ levels.

HORMONES

Hormones are even more important than the previous methods, as they are directly correlated to vertical bone growth and regulation of overall height growth.

IGF-1

IGF-1 stimulates chondrocyte proliferation in growth plates, promoting bone elongation. It enhances cellular growth, works with growth hormone, and is influenced by nutrition. Increased IGF-1 levels during puberty contribute to significant height increases, helping achieve genetic growth potential.

DHT

DHT affects height by promoting growth plate activity and bone density during puberty. It stimulates chondrocyte proliferation, enhancing bone elongation. You can increase DHT by getting over sunlight daily, consuming creatine, and limiting phytoestrogen exposure.

HGH

Human Growth Hormone (HGH) influences height by stimulating growth plate activity and increasing IGF-1 production. It promotes chondrocyte proliferation and bone elongation during childhood and adolescence. Adequate HGH levels are essential for achieving optimal growth; deficiency can stunt height development.

Parathyroid Hormones

Parathyroid hormone (PTH) primarily regulates calcium levels in the body but indirectly affects height. It stimulates bone resorption, releasing calcium into the bloodstream, and influences bone remodeling. Excessive PTH can lead to bone loss, potentially affecting growth and overall height during development.

i had the thread better put together with many images but the page refreshed and me lost all the editing damn

I think i'm gonna try banded sleep, kettlebell jump squats and weighted vest skipping rope during 6 months to see if these kind of things are usefull
Hill sprints are taxing on the body fr

I'm already 188cm so we'll see

you have to document this, if you start in January, then in June show us your results.

although 1,88cm is truly mogged

btw how old are you?

The prevailing view of DHT is one of the biggest conspiracies surrounding the medical industry.

Just Google "post-Finasteride syndrome."

DHT does not cause hair loss bro
I can’t risk it, need to protect my hair. And I’ve never experienced a single fin side so that isn’t an issue. If anything it’s done wonders for my skin
